Example :  A small development company became a client of Jacobs / Offir, P.L. after spending two years and tens of thousands of dollars with a large hourly billing law firm.  Since the law firms compensation had nothing to do with its results, the client got exactly what they paid for, a lot of time and no results.  Upon becoming a client of our firm, we offered a staged, fixed fee arrangment with a success bonus and the pace of the litigaiton accellerated dramatically.  Additionally, the client enjoyed the certainty of legal expenses and appreciated th fact that the attorney they hired was the principal attorney on the case.
